Robert Miller, a retired Lt. Colonel from the Kentucky State Police, founded Crash Analysis & Reconstruction LLC to provide a choice for professional and impartial vehicle collision reconstruction. Miller has over 35 years of investigative experience. His police career included Director of the Technical Services Division, Coordinator of the Traffic Accident Reconstruction Program, and initiating and developing the Special Response Regional Reconstruction Teams. During his time as Coordinator, the Kentucky State Police were recognized as having one of the top six programs in the United States. Miller has investigated or reconstructed over 2,200 motor vehicle crashes and many complex criminal cases. He lectures nationally and internationally on reconstruction, police supervision and pursuit policy. Miller is recognized as an expert in both State and Federal Court. Miller utilizes advanced software systems to produce professional, accurate, reports and animations suitable for courtroom presentation.
