*Registration can be transferred to another person if requested in writing by e-mail to ashley@towsummit.com by the original registrant at least one week before the event. No substitution is allowed within the last week before the event.

All refunds are subject to a $50 USD administrative fee.

If canceled between four and six weeks before the event, 50% of the registration fee (less the administrative fee) will be refunded.

No refund is given if canceled within four weeks of the event.

Cancellation Policy and Notes

Individual registrations for the 2026 Towing & Recovery Management Summit (Tow Summit) can be cancelled only in writing via email to ashley@towsummit.com. Phone cancellations are not accepted.

• A full refund will be granted, if written request for cancellation is received by email 60 or more calendar days before the Tow Summit start date.
• A 50% refund will be granted if written request for cancellation is received by email between 59-45 calendar days before the Tow Summit start date.
• No refund will be granted if written request for cancellation is received by email 44 or less calendar days before the Tow Summit start date.
• Registrations can be transferred to another employee from the same company up to ten (10) days before the Tow Summit begins. The Tow Summit must be notified in writing via email.
• No refund will be granted for 'no shows.'
• Unused registrations/applications have no monetary value and will not be credited to future years or events.
• Tow Summit will not issue refunds or credits due to failure to redeem a discount promo code during the registration process.
• Hotel room cancellations and changes must be made directly with the hotel. The hotel policies apply.
